Halogen-Free Low Smoke and Fire Ratardant Power Cable

Properties and functions:
The products of halogen-free low smoke flame-resistant (fire- retardant) power cable
are provided with excellent properties of mechanical physical performance, electrical
and flame-resistant (fire-retardant) performances, and have the advantages
of halogen free, low smoke, etc. The products are suitable for fixed installed
transmission and distribution power lines, which require specially for fire
safety, such as tall buildings, metros, oil platforms, computer centers, nuclear
power stations, hospitals and ships.

Properties of application:
1) Max. rated temperature of the conductor is 90oC
2) Period of short circuit shall not exceed 5s, and the max. temperature of the
    conductor shall not exceed 250oC
3) The permissible bending diameter of the cable:
    a) For single-core cable: 20 (D+d)±5%
    b) For multi-core cable: 15 (D+d)±5%
    c) D is actual overall diameter of the cable sample (mm), d is actual diameter
        of the conductor (mm)
4) There are six types of halogen-free low smoke fire retardant (flame resistant)
    power cables:
    a) WDZ(K)-YJY: halogen-free low smoke flame-resistant XLPE insulated polyolefine
        sheathed power cable
    b) WDZ(K)-YJY2: halogen-free low smoke flame-resistant XLPE insulated steel-tape
        armored polyolefine sheathed power cable
    c) WDZ(K)-YJY33: halogen-free low smoke flame-resistant XLPE insulated steel-wire
        armored polyolefine sheathed power cable
    d) WDN(K)-YJY: halogen-free low smoke fire-retardant XLPE insulated polyolefine
        sheathed power cable
    e) WDN(K)-YJY23: halogen-free low smoke fire-retardant XLPE insulated steel-tape
        armored polyolefine sheathed power cable
    f) WDN(K)-YJY33: halogen-free low smoke fire-retardant XLPE insulated steel-wire
        armored polyolefine sheathed power cable

The different specifications are based on different voltage rates, number of cores
and nominal cross-section area (mm2). The nominal cross-section area
of 3.6/1kV varies from 1.5 to 240mm2, and the 3.6/6 - 8.7/10kV is from
25 to 240mm2.
