Rated Voltage 1kV, 10kV Insulated Aerial (Overhead) Cable

Properties and functions: 
The cable is extruding weatherability XLPE insulation, weatherability
HDPE insulation or black weatherability PVC insulation out of the compacting
copper, and aluminum conductor. With simple construction, good mechanical, 
physical and electrical properties, enough safety, it also has good properties of
resistance to tracking, surface discharge resistance, resistance to weathering.
It has smaller laying distance, line length, voltage drop when comparing with bare
wire, especially in reducing accident and ensuring safety of the body. The cable
can be used in city, country, mountain area, forest area, mining area, and
is an all-weather new product of cable.

Properties of application:
1) Rated voltage U/U is divided into two kinds
    a) 0.6/1kV
    b) 10kV
2) Allowed operating temperature in long-term:
    a) PVC insulated cable shall be 70oC
    b) HDPE insulated cable shall be 75oC
    c) XLPE insulated cable shall be 90oC
3) Max. short-circuit temperature (within 5s):
    a) PVC insulated cable shall be 160oC
    b) HDPE insulated cable shall be 150oC
    c) XLPE insulated cable shall be 250oC
4) The ambient temperature shall not be lower than -20oC during
    installation
5) The bending radius of cable:
    a) Rated voltage 0.6/1kV and below: outer diameter D<25mm, bending radius
        shall not be less than 4D. For outer diameter D≥25mm, bending radius shall
        not be less than 6D
    b) Rated voltage 10kV:
        i) Single core cable: 20(D+d)± 5%
        ii) Multi-core cable: 15(D+d)±5%
        iii) D is actual outer diameter of the cable (mm), d is actual outer diameter
            of the conductor (mm)
